Please say which phone you have and which version of iOS or Android. If an alarm did not ring, tell us what the phone was doing at the time: locked, app closed, on silent, or with a Focus turned on. That one detail answers most reports.
Open Rize. If the alarms screen shows a notice saying alarms cannot ring yet, tap it and allow both prompts. Rize needs two separate permissions on iPhone: Alarms, which lets it ring on silent and take over the lock screen, and Notifications. Having only one of the two is the most common reason for a quiet morning.
You can check both at any time in the app under Account, then Permissions.
In the app, go to Account, then Delete account. This removes your account and everything saved to it. It cannot be undone.
